    Hi!

Complete novice here, stumbling my way through building my first WordPress site using Divi theme.

I’ve installed the plug-in “simply schedule appointments” and it’s made the header disappear on that page. So you can’t navigate to the rest of the site.

I’d be grateful for any help since I’m completely lost and I really need to fix this and get the site functioning ASAP.

    Thanks!

    Hello @lomadigital

It appears that you’re using the default scheduling page as a front-facing calendar. The page that appears with the /appointments slug is meant for admin and troubleshooting use only. That is because we automatically try to strip away the theme components (like headers) and only display the booking calendar.

Could you instead make a new page for scheduling and embed the booking calendar using the [ssa_shortcode] and a text widget?

That way you’re free to choose whatever permalink and the booking calendar will look more coherent with your site 🙂

    Aha! Fantastic! It works.

I just deleted the page and made a new one. I added the module again (not sure how to embed the calender with text widget) but I’ve checked from user side and all seems to be functioning!

    Thank you so much 🙂
