  • I can’t see any obvious problem –

can you possibly provide screenshots and describe in more detail what ‘does not set correctly’ and ‘it was way off’ means?

This is how we made it look: http://www.diigo.com/item/image/2utym/7tsg

This is how it looks in real life: http://www.diigo.com/item/image/2utym/trpb

I guess the first time I uploaded it, the resolution was too high, and all you would see is the very top of a very large picture. It took a lot of playing with, and compression to get it to look right on the website. I was just wondering if there was something that I was missing that would have made this easier. Thanks!

I’m sorry, but I don’t see any obvious difference between those two screenshots. When I go to your site, your header image looks fine.

When you edit your header image in Photoshop or GIMP, you want to make sure that the resolution is 72px and the size is 960px x 198px. There is a learning curve to that sort of software.

Okay. I guess the px resolution was originally too high. Thanks!
