Header cookie is disabling my site caching

I am using your shopmagic plugin with the delayed action and reviews request. I am being hosted by DreamHost and their caching plugin is tripping on your header cookie shopmagic_visitor…

How can I disable this header cookie?

I had hoped that disabling these would help:

Enable session tracking
Enable pre-submit data capture

but I still have the issue and this is my error code detail
