Header color change

Trying to change the grey header to another color. In style.css, I changed .header-wrapper { background: #FDD403; } and it worked in firebug but had no effect in actual site. Any thoughts? Thanks. I purged cache still nothing. http://www.tonybods.com/affiliatesuccess
