 * my website [http://www.roofsbycsr.com](http://www.roofsbycsr.com) has a phone
   number at the top of home page that I want to change. I have asked the guy who
   made the site to help and he never answers me. I am a newbie and need absolute
   step by step info as I have tried the “header.php” thing and there’s zero in 
   it about a phone number or anything else. Now the # is directly across from my
   logo so I don’t know what to do. Thanks!!!!

    I don’t know how it is there. I cannot see all your templates and web
   inspectors have not came far enough to tell you exactly where a piece of code
   is located at. For the YouTube issue, go to Pages, find the page name, probably
   Home, then click Edit. Now you can remove the video and Update the page.

 * I did that and on the home menu I see all the text below the video and there’s
   no video on the editing page. I keep searching word press but I’m lost. Can I
   add a screen shot on here?

   there and help you learn WordPress and fix up a few issues. That can unfortunately
