 * Hi I would like to place a header jpg on my blog [http://www.remembernamesandfaces.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/header-and-theme-problems/?output_format=md)
 * Also I would like two lines that border the sides to run the entire length of
   the page.
 * I have already tried to search for a different theme but none of them are quite
   what I am looking for.
