I have a conundrum. I know, well, pretty much nothing about html. I was finally, after hours or work, able to make my header image also link to the home page. The problem is, the fella who helped set up my site Backwoods Horror put a google custom search engine in the header. There are two problems here. First, if I click on the search field, it links back to the home page because, I guess it’s not reading separately from the header.
If I tab to it, I can search, but then when it displays the search page, the old text I had initially put up on the header (I have since deleted that text) is showing up and blending in with the header image I now use (if that makes any sense…you could try it, I suppose, and see what I mean).
My question is, is there a way to fix these two issues? If I can get those two issues fixed, I’m going to be so incredibly relieved as I’ve been trying to figure it out for days and it’s like reading greek.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
I can send along the html code if anyone can help on this. Thank you again so very much.
