Header and footer not full width in ipad/iphone/htc

Site displays properly on desktop computer but not on mobile devices.

I’m a complete newbie so please keep it very simple.

My theme is blankslate and the site is http://www.gutterguys.com.au.
I’d really appreciate a solution to this problem.
