Header and body adjustment

Hello,

I have a website; http://www.airlinefreak.com

I’ve just installed the logo/header on the website, but it blocks or covers the actual body/blogging area, also the sidebars are distorted.

How do I adjust the margins/room between header and body?

Take a look on my website and you see what I mean.
