 * hi i am new to wordpress. im trying to change my header image to one i have designed
   on my own. iv tried the tutorials and they are not working someone else loaded
   my page for me so i dont have the FTP files, and others say i should go to the
   theme option and it says upload image and mine doesnt say that. please could 
   someone help..
