Thank you for adding hCaptcha support to Forminator.

In my case the challenge grid of images falls off the bottom of the page, so although the images are visible the buttons are not.

Checked on Firefox & Chrome. Mobile seems ok though.

    Hi @paul710

I hope you are doing good today.

I made multiple tests on my lab site and I cannot replicate this and this sounds specific to your site. This issue could be a plugin or theme conflict. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

Before this test, I recommend full site backup.

If this is a site with high traffic, consider this test on a staging site.

Please let us know about the results.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi Kris,
I deactivated all Plugins and it had no effect.

The problem with the theme is that it is a RocketTheme built on the Gantry5 framework so swapping to a default theme like 2021 removes all the content. So it can’t be tested like that.

Interestingly, Invisble mode is ok on FF, Opera & FF mobile. Bad on Chrome.

Visible mode is bad on FF, on Opera can scroll right to the bottom of the page and the panel slides up enough so the buttons are visible. Good on FF mobile.

I guess it’s just specific to my site as no-one else is reporting this.
I’ve just removed the form, as it’s not critical to the site.
