hcaptcha not showing up on mutli step forms

    Dear community,

    I try using hcaptcha with forminator on my site. This work flawless for normal forms (single page form). But when y try using it with a multi step form, it does not load the hcaptcha widget. I use the hcaptcha wordpress plugin for activating the captchas.

    Do you have any idea why it is not working.

    Thanks for reaching out and for the detailed report.

    At the moment, multi-step forms are not supported by the plugin, which is why hCaptcha may not appear as expected in that setup.

    We understand that this is an important use case, and we’re planning to improve compatibility with multi-step forms in one of the upcoming releases.

    Thanks for your report — I took a closer look into this.

    Multi-step forms are supported, but with one important detail: hCaptcha must be explicitly added to the multi-step form.

    From your description, it looks like you did not insert the hCaptcha element into forms. It worked for you with single-page forms only.

    I’ve now implemented a fix so that automatic insertion works for multi-step forms as well, just like it does for single-page forms.

    This improvement will be included in the next plugin release, v4.25.0, at the beginning of April.
