Having trouble migrating to a new domain

Hi all,
I am running my first migration on wordpress. The development site is c3lightingdev.com and the new domain is c3lighting.com both of which are hosted on godaddy but under different logins if that matters. Currently I am running a redirect from c3lighting.com to c3lightingdev.com because I can’t get the migration to work properly. I have read through other similar questions and have not been able to get anything to work.

I was wondering if someone could explain to me how I am supposed to pull down files from c3lightingdev.com and upload them to c3lighting.com I have full backup (actually 3) already saved.
