Hi just installed your plugin – and can’t get it to import my store.
I enter the name and it just says “Settings Save”

nokomisknittingcompany.bigcartel.com – is shop

Any help is appreciated.

Depending on the size of the store, takes a little while to process everything. If the tab just sits there spinning for a bit, then it’s likely working, for example. Saving the settings page should trigger the API request for your store’s data.

As a double check, what store ID are you providing for the settings? Don’t share your API key.

Had zero issue with importing on my end, I see https://cloudup.com/cduJjXJsJoh when I visit MYDOMAIN.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=bc_import_products
