  • Find blockquote in the style.css file, and add color:blue; or the hex for the color you want.

    Okay awesome! How do I get the blockquote to not be blocked though? I want it to look like it’s just another regular ole’ paragraph.

    Thanks so much for your help.

    In that case, you’ll need to make a special class for that, and use that class when you have a paragraph that is a quote. So you might do this in your style.css:

    .qt {

    Then when you want this inserted, you’d need to use

    <p class="qt">

    in the opening tag for that paragraph.

    Vkaryl, you rock! Thanks so much!

    Now, two more possibilities:

    1. If you are using the “normal” input window (that is, you’re either still using 1.5.2, or you’re using 2.0 but NOT using the RTE), you should see some “quicktags” at the top; if you search using google, you should be able to find some information about making a special quicktag for this “blue quote” option.

    2. Get the CA-ColorPicker plugin from which should help accomplish this a little more smoothly.
