 * hi we’re having problems with the default image uploader.
    it doesn’t work at
   all..basically gets stuck at the first page and do not allow us to browse load
   any image, video, or music.. any idea? We’re having this issue both on MAC and
   PC thanks!

 * make sure all the files are properly uploaded..
    also, it may be due to slow 
   internet connection..
