Having issues with transfering my wordpress.com blog to my wordpress.org blog

Hello,

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am currently trying to transfer my old wordpress.com blog to my new wordpress.org blog and have already exported my old blog and when I tried importing it into my (org blog) it ended up showing a “500 internal Server Error” and I don’t know how to make it work it each time I try – it just shows up with the same “Internal Server Error”. Help? What should I do?
