 * This is a message to anyone having issues with backing up or restoring. I was
   able to resolve my issue. The problem was with my php.ini file. I had our server
   admin increase the php.ini to 256M. I’m not sure if this will help you in your
   particular case, but it helped with me and the theme I was using.
 * Try increasing your php.ini and hopefully you’ll be good to go.
