# having issues trying install an external plugin

 * Several months ago i purchased the plugin software at _[ removed ]_ and my web
   designer installed it for me. unfortunately it was not installed correctly in
   other words nobody could post and it did not have all the demo features. this
   went on for a little while with me trying to get some support from the them .
   to cut a long story short the issue was not resolved and mu support with them
   has expired.
   a few days ago i attempted to have installed it myself via my wordpress
   admin panel and it appears to have been installed correctly. i even managed to
   input the license keys corretly and i have a message telling me it’s activated
   with a tick next to it. that is great however when i go to the webpageit still
   shows the default wordpress page. considering cutting my losses and using another
   directory possibly a free one. however i do like them and dont really want to
   lose my money on the purchase. is there anyone using the software or at least
   are familiar with it who might be willing to help.thank you for your help
