    I keep getting this message when I click “refund via Stripe” “An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway API”. I have to refund manually. Is there a fix for this?

    Hi @nexthitwins,

    Sorry about the wait on a response for this! For this make sure that your plugin is up to date and your API keys are in place correctly – they should be as you are able to take payments via Stripe, but just to make sure 🙂

    After replacing the API keys and saving it, if you are still running into the same error please post your WooCommerce Status Report, found under WooCommerce > Status here for us to check further.
