Having issue running with another Plugin

I am having issue running YOAST plugin with a form plugin “https://wordpress.org/plugins/salesforce-wordpress-to-lead/”

When the YOAST is active, the the form submits the form but do not show the thank you message, it acts like nothing happened.

Is this something fixable?
