Having diffclty w/Facebook Publicize, on posting some articles…

When adding a post, to go on the Community-Blog page, I want to use the “Publicize” feature, to have that posting show on the HCT Facebook page, but it only works occasionally. Here is what I see, when trying to edit the Publicize info… Publicize: Settings
Facebook: Homeownership Center of Tacoma,
and there is a checkbox to the left of the word Facebook, but it is grayed-out/disabled.

The times I have been able to do this, I have been able to put a check in the box.

Is this a Jetpack issue?
