Having A Sub Category under 2 parent categories?

    I have 2 parent categories

    Binoculars and Telescopes

    I need to put a brand name sub category under both but it wont let me, it says that category is already there after i do it with one.

    Surely I can place a sub under 2 parents

    any ideaS?
