    Hi,
I'm very new to wordpress and Site building in general. I can't seem to get the contact form to send an email. It's working on another site I made (same plugin) It's the one in Jetpack. The website is http://pcsignco.signscientist.com/?page_id=181 (that's the direct link to the form)

The other site I have that it's working in is http://bigprintboss.com/

I appreciate any help with this, I'm hoping it's something simple I'm overlooking.

    thanks!

When you created the JetPack form you will see two tabs. One says Form Builder and the other says Email Notifications.

    Hopefully this helps.

thanks for the reply, It's not that simple though. I set up the email notifications, and even sent a test reply and it says it went through, but no dice. I never get the email.

Did you check your spam folder?

Yes, I even tried multiple emails to send tests, no go.

It could be a host issue. Try contacting them and see if it is a server side issue.

Yeah, I kind of narrowed it to them. I'm going to call them and see what the problem is. I tried multiple different forms and none worked except on paid one. (free trial) I don't need a paid one though.

I found this cool debugger function in JetPack:

It's in the footer on the JetPack settings page.

    Worth a try!

If it's an issue with the server, I guess I would have to call them, yeah?
I'm not a fan of customer service calls.

Who is your host? Some offer chats or you could email. I always find contacting directly works the best.

I'll give them a call and see how it turns out.
