Having a different Nav Menu Name from Page Title without using Custom Menus

  • Hi all,

I’m using the Elegant Grunge theme, which doesn’t support custom menus.

I’m trying to have a different name for a Page in its on-page Header from the way that page appears in the top nav menu.

    Here’s my url: http://www.stringloveguitar.com

I want to keep the “lessons” nav menu name, but on the Lessons page, I want the headline to read “Online Guitar Lessons.”

Is there a way to do this? I know if I was able to use custom menus, it’d be no problem, but what if custom menus are disabled (as they are for Elegant Grunge)?

  • Could use the Pages Link To plugin and create a page called Online Guitar Lessons then just have the Lessons page redirect to the Online page using that plugin.
