Assuming that the plugin settings are all specified correctly (wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_auto_reply_settings
) then there’s either an issue with your server not wanting to send the mail (which would be strange because it uses wp_mail()
just like Jetpack does), or your mail client is marking it as spam.
Could you confirm either of those cases for me?
This plugin is active on my own website and the auto reply works with no issues on there (feel free to test it out).
Side note – I’d be happy to have a look at your saved settings for the plugin if you give me dashboard access. You can send them to me via my contact form.
Thanks, just sent you a note! And did in fact receive your auto-reply. 🙂
And we’re all sorted out now 🙂
Hi – I’m having the same issue. Can you send me your contact details so I can send on the login details to my site as can’t locate them? I’m wondering if it is a server side issue as this appears to be happening with people trying to book a reservation as well in the test environment.
Would be grateful of help on this asap!
Thanks!
