have to do a pop up?

hi, i am doing a website for my friend, she needs to add banners on the home page and it kind of ruin the design.
the pop out only show on home page, with all the banner in it, and can be scroll down.
the design is on the link below, the pop out have to show when go to the website, click x to cancel to stay at the left, click to enlarge again.
