I can add parameters but the top two always revert to colour and size. So useless really.

When editing the product, pre-added parameters are visible, you need to find the parameters section on the right, a little below, and add the new one, after that, you can edit the product and add information.
No matter what I do colour and size remain the top two parameters. I delete them they come back. I edit them. They come back.
I add a second image it disappears on save.
I have tried editing the template that. Ones with the mobile phone and it responds the same
Your contact section on your website does not work and I was using the paid version of the plug in too so not particularly delighted about support.
Have uninstalled and requested a refund as it’s clear it’s not working in its current format.
