Have paid for Pro version and had no info or download contacted you 3 times

    I have paid $30for an upgrade to the Pro version of the GridMag theme, but, in spite of receiving the payPal receipt and the payment pop-up at Paddle (I took a screenshot) – I have received no acknowledgement, receipt or download link for the Theme file.

    To begin with I sent an email through your website.
    When I had no reply to that I tried faceBook Messenger
    This is my third, and final attempt.

    Unless I hear from you by the end of this week I will contact WordPress to flag this disreputable conduct as a possible SCAM.

    Is this email correct? I sent delivery email again. Please check your email including spam folder. I didn’t receive your email. Please use the contact form on our site for PRO version questions.

    Update: Just now I tried to send an email to your email address including PRO version theme file. Looks like your email address incorrect. Please provide your correct email.

    Ah, well, it seems I am the party at fault then, for which I apologise.
    I have now received the file and succesfully installed it. Will be back to give feedback on it.
