Have Other Websites That Are Not WordPress

Hello, I have a bunch of blogs setup across multiple domains with that new multisite feature. I also have some domains that are pointing to that same server but I want them to use something other than WordPress.

I have full root access to the server, I host it all by myself on a home server. So I can do whatever I need to do to set this up.

So is there a way that I can setup a certain domain that points to my server so that it forwards to another directory automatically, and still maintains the URL without /example.

So like on the main blog it would be example.com/example. But on the other website it would be just example.net. Or something like that.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
