Have not been able to update my paid plugin for 6 months

    I still cannot update my paid plugin and the Yoast support is ZERO. They keep saying I have to contact a developer to update this simple plugin. How to I cancel it because I DO NOT want to renew it. There is NO SUPPORT from Yoast.

    We are sorry to hear you’ve been having problems updating your paid plugin for such a long time. We’d really like to investigate why the plugin isn’t updating on your website. Our support team has sent you an email requesting you additional information.

    That being said, if you don’t want to renew the plugin, please let it expire. The subscription won’t be renewed unless you manually place a new order.
