I have seen this problem in the forum, but no solution.

I created an image map, which works. But when I go to get the shortcode under Copy Shortcode to paste it into a page the shortcode is missing the ID. It simply has [drawattention] and no ID following, like in the example video.

I watched the tutorial and I see that in it when you hover the mouse over DrawAttention in the WordPress dashboard it offers the options of All Images an Add Image. In my dashboard, it doesn’t offer these. Instead, the options are Edit Image or Upgrade to Pro. So perhaps I am not even creating a page for the working image map to be in.

How do I get the option to add new?
When I put the code [drawattention] alone, without ID, I only see a grey square on my page

    Thanks

@tecnofor In the free version of Draw Attention, only one image can be created, so there’s no need to include an ID in the shortcode. Can you please send us a link to the page where you’re embedding your shortcode so we can take a look and see what might be going wrong? If you don’t want to post it publicly on these forums, you can email us at support@wpdrawattention.com.
