Have multiple forums, but need to set user access to only one

I currently have 2 forums, one for business principals and one for service managers. I want those that register inside the service managers forum to only have access to their forum, and principals to only have access to theirs. How do I make sure that each can only register for their designated forum? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
