I’m getting this on the Plugins page: “You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key.”

And on the Add Plugins page I see “Toolset is registered on this site. Your Lifetime account gives you updates for life.”

I click Check for Updates on that page, but the message never goes away in Plugins and I cannot upgrade, I get this error: “Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.”

Hi, if you have a License, please contact us here:
    https://toolset.com/forums/forum/professional-support

I think what you see there is some older BUG that we resolved in previous releases.

I would recommend to update manually this time, by replacing the FTP folders with fresh copies from your Toolset Account’s download page.

I am logged in at the Toolset site and have nothing in downloads and am not able to open a support ticket without buying something.

Would this lifetime license have been part of the Genesis theme package my client purchased? I’m wondering if this is in her name (she has no login info for the Toolset site) if so.

OK, then it seems there is an issue with your account in particular.

Please log in to the Toolset Account you have and describe the problem here:
    https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/account-and-finance-contact-form/

The Downloads are available for you here:
    https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

However if that page is blank or not working, please use above form to clarify the reason with our Accounts managers for Paid Toolset Plugins, which I cannot support here.

I am not sure how you purchased the license, however it’s supposedly to be bought from the seller and makers of Tools:
    toolset.com

We can sort this all out by contacting the Account admins as above described.

    Thanks, I’ll do that now.
