• I can’t think of any more wasteful way to have spent 6 hours of my time in recent years. Why 6 hours ? It’s what took me over a week to realize that this pop up is not able to perform simple tasks. I first set up a simple survey pop up with 3 instances. It just wasn’t working properly. When one selected ‘yes’ instead of no, and clicked ‘Next’, nothing happened. Same for ‘Skip’.

I contacted their team which told me it was a plugin on my side that blocked the proper functioning. They then asked access to my admin back office . It took them days to admit in the end that the issue was with them and their Enable Conditional Logic option. They suggested I run it with this option disabled, which hardly makes any sense or is worth it.

I was being convinced all the way there is something I must be doing wrong – since that’s what their technical team suggested. In comparison, WordPress offers by default a pop up template that takes me 30 minutes to set up and it’s free. It just doesn’t carry the multiple answers option. Why would anyone pay 100 bucks for this nonsense, it’s beyond me.

    Hi @cristianmartinus,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

We’re really sorry about the frustration caused by the bugs present in UserFeedback, and for the impression that was given during troubleshooting. Your feedback helps us improve, so we really appreciate it.

We’re working on shipping a fix for the Enable Conditional Logic issue in our next major release, but most importantly, we’re looking at improving our processes to help ensure this kind of experience does not happen moving forward.

Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.

    Sincerely.
