Have existing website, need to get WordPress going……Ideas?

    Ok, I have an existing website. I want it to function EXACTLY how it functions now, to the letter. I would, however, like to have a blo on one page only in the center section which is done with <div> tags. I will only make blog updates occasionally, but I want to use WordPress for the MySQL database capabilities…I want to keep an email mailing list of subscribers so I can send out bulk email.

    Whats the best way to go about this…and how can I do it, I am new to WordPress, and honestly my HTML is lacking, havent used t in years, and CSS…novice all the way. Thanks.
