• I want it so if a customer buys 20+ packs total of any of my products, even if they are multiple products, 5 here, 10 there, etc, but they add up to at least 20, they get a 10% discount. However the way it’s set when I put the discount on the products, is that it will only activate if the person buys 20 of one product, not if the 20 packs is broken up between multiple products.

How do I fix it so that if it sees 20 or more items in the cart, even if it’s achieved through 3 different products for example, it activates the 10% off discount?

I did remove the checkmark for treat product variations separately yet it made no difference..

So far I still haven’t found a fix.

    Anyone?

    Hi,

has anyone gotten this to work yet?

    Thanks

This is from the FAQ. Be of any use?

How do I set the discount globally for all products?
This feature has been added to version 2.4.0 of WooCommerce Bulk Discount. If you want to set the discount policy globally for all products, just create a private product with the title ‘wc_bulk_discount_configurer’ (without quotes). See https://codex.wordpress.org/Content_Visibility how to make a post (and also product) private. In the bulk discount section of this private product set the discount as in the case of any individual product. This discount configuration will override all individual discounts set on products (if they have been set).

Thanks, dubbyd, I’ll see if that works.

I have tried that and it doesn’t work. I’m on 2.4.2 of the bulk discount plugin. If anyone HAS gotten that to work, let me know what you did. Thanks!

Is the answer you gave to the following post the same for this post? It appears to be the same issue.

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/discount-to-every-product-if-have-some-specific-quantity

Web Design Sarasota, not sure who you were asking this to, but the OP in the link you provided was a bit difficult to understand what he meant. The solution was a paid plugin which was not a pro version of the one we’re discussing here. Thanks for the input though, might have to upgrade if I want this to work like it should.

I have this problem too. This plugin would be totally great if it manage to count all products in the cart in one count.

    Greetings

Hello – has anyone managed to get this to work?

I have set up a private product named “wc_bulk_discount_configurer” just as instructed. I have given this private product the same pricing etc as all the other products.

But bulk discounts still do not apply when different products are selected. The discounts only apply when variations of the same product are selected.

Does “wc_bulk_discount_configurer” actually work? If not, can anyone recommend a solution?

Thank you very much in advance for your help!

    jason

Thanks for your replies, you useless twonks.
