Have chat minimized

    Hello,

    I have a few questions regarding the plugin:

    Is there an option to have the chat be minimized and only expands when user clicks on it.

    Is there an option whereby the chat icon is displayed only when the user starts scrolling.

    Hi Marcus,

    Yes, you can choose not to ‘auto-display’ the chat box on the setting page.

    Right now, the chat icon will automatically display BUT if we get more requests to display ONLY when your visitor scrolls down. Thank you for your suggestion. It helps us to prioritize our work.
