  • I just added a second domain to my hosting site. (
I had no problem installing wordpress on the first domain, but then I added the second and very carefully took all files related to wp off my computer (even deleted all cookies and temp files) and tried to put wordpress on the new domain, using a cpanel program to do that through The process goes smoothly and I get no error messages along the way, but when I try the new domain ( it simply brings up an underconstruction page for the site, and there is absolutely nothing from wordpress on my own computer. I have done it several times with obviously the same result. Even downloaded once directly from There I did get the program on my computer but it made no difference, still could not access the admin area.

  • If you just changed the domnain’s nameservers to point to the lunarpages server today, you must allow time for the DNS change to propagate around the web. That can take 3 – 24 hours.

Most likely that is the issue. If you made the nameserver change yesterday, to save time contact lunarpages and ask for help.

Thanks for your message. The problem was related to this in that the namerservers were pointing to the firm that supplied my domain name and not the actual webhost.
