Have a issue on shortcode

    Hi,

    I’m using a shortcode in the pop up like this: [xyz-ips snippet=”[popup_anything id=”26595″] ”]
    This shortcode is created from a PHP snippet.

    Since your update, no content is showing.

    For now I rolled back the plugin to the last version and everything is working as it should.

    Would you please look into fixing this?

    i checked my backend, on plugin i created the popup, there are no issues and I worked at last 1yr with no issue without any changes it couldn’t work now

    No, it was not deactivated at that time. I deactivated it for only 20 minutes before, and that is the problem I faced, The plugin is activated and inside the plugin, I didn’t have any issues with the backend plugin but on the front page, the plugin is not working. And not only did I face this issue on the live website, but on the local server I also faced the same issue without updating the plugin.

    Hello

    Can you please pass only my shortcode on the test page and check so it’s working… or plugin shortcode is working test page so it’s not our plugin issue…

    Please check and confirm your snippet PHP code i think this is not our plugin issue…
