 * I am trying to find a way to add text to the front page as it shows on the screenshots
   for the template but can’t figure out how.
 * I tried creating a new post but it shows as a regular post (without the little
   images around), also how can I change the color of the titles? I am no programmer
   but still looked on the css and couldn’t figure it out.
 * Any ideas?

 * I think it pulls the text from the_author_meta. Go to your dashboard > Users
   > Your profile > and fill in the field for “About Yourself, Biographical Info”
   then save the changes to your profile. I think whatever you enter there will
   show up on the front page of the theme.

 * Try inserting a featured image in the post.

 * Hi Clayton,
    I tried as you suggested and it doesn’t pull the info from the author
   meta. Also tried adding the feature image to the post and it shows as any other
   posts (still no text on front page).
 * From the theme customization that can be done trough the dashboard, you can assign
   a post to the front page but then, all it shows is that only post as any other.
 * Thank you anyway!

 * It worked perfectly for me. Go to Appearance > Theme Settings > Hatch Theme Settings
   > Author: [dropdown_box] Whose biography to display on the home page? … and see
   what author profile is listed in the drop down.

 * Featured image worked fine for my test. The themes front page ended up looking
   just like it does in the screenshot.

 * I do not see that option in Appearance > Theme Settings > Hatch Theme Settings.

 * I will give it a try again later, I don’t think I did it exactly as you are describing
   it so probably that is why it didn’t work.
 * Thanks!

 * Now, would you know how to change the font color for the profile?

 * Sure! If you mean the text color of the Author Bio you just put on the front
   page, that should be pretty easy.
 * Go back to Appearance > Theme Settings > Hatch Theme Settings, and this time
   take a look at the “Custom CSS:” section.
 * In that box, paste this and hit the Update Settings button at the bottom.
 *  #author-bio { color: #64a2d8 }
 * You can change the color to anything you like. There’s a color wheel that will
   give you hex colors right above the css box. Just click on “Set the theme link
   color” and a color wheel will pop out and let you choose what you need. – But
   watch out you don’t change your link color too, that is set at #64a2d8 by default.
