Hashtags on twiits

    Is there a a plug-in with which I can add hashtags on articles and pages, which I want to tweet? So that the hashtags would already be included in the tweet once I press the Tweet button.

    I was looking for something like this not too long ago and I didn’t find anything. In the end I wrote some custom code that would add the hashtag to the twitter tag in the page so that they’d be included in the Tweet. I hope you find an easier way!
