 * Raptor is throwing an error from using a deprecated argument to has_cap. Doesn’t
break anything but I run my development site with DEBUG true and it is definitely
   throwing this error….
 * Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is **deprecated** since version
2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and
   capabilities instead. in C:\wamp\www\gw_development\wp-includes\functions.php
   on line 2722
 * Can turn it on and off with Raptor activation/deactivation
 * Read about it in this thread…
