Has WordPress installation crashed?

This is so weird going through every post added today.. everyone seems to have problems with connection to databases or running the install.
I installed another domain on friday 13th with no problems.. yet when I try to install another domain, I keep getting this message when clicking on ”run install”

How weird is that, I deleted my web directory and added wordpress through FTP 2 times today but the same problem still occurs.

Anyone got a clue?
