    Has this plugin been abandoned? I am getting warning messages because it was last tested to WP 4.7.16 and no update since.

    Hello @edfoc,

    While @damiarita updates the plugin, you can download the updated version that I have made for my projects. It has some improvements like:

    • Update the API service to freegeoip.app (up to 15,000 queries per hour).
    • Code refactored.
    • Add new info tags in header comment.
    • Fix text domain in plugin header comment.
    • Fix some typos and strings without translation functions.

    This version will be updatable from the WordPress plugin directory.
