Has SitePad hijacked my WordPress site

    So with the little knowledge (generation Xer here) I have, I created a new WordPress site (latest version 5.5??). Use Ocean WP and elementor and created a basic two page blog site, 2 weeks ago

    It had been working well until today.

    Ocean WP is still the active theme but when I tried to preview the site after creating a post I got met with an error message which says that I’m almost done I just need to chose a theme from SitePad and asks me to login.

    I don’t understand this, I have nothing to do with SitePad and now all my customisation (about 2 weeks worth) appears to be lost. What’s going on.

    You created a new WordPress site where? SitePad is a service usually provided by a Hoster and give a 30 day free trial. After that one needs to pay a monthly fee. Best to talk with your Hoster about this.

    I created the WordPress site on my host.

    Right now:
    ashleyfrank.wrbsite/wp-admin/ leads to a WordPress site.

    But

    ashleyfrank.website leads to a site pad interface

    Any update? Did you contact your Hoster?
