Hi There,

Banners now appear on the home page when returning to the site stating:

…has been removed from your basket because it has since been modified. You can add it back to your basket here.

Its putting customers off and is annoying my client!

How can I turn this off please?

* Please let us know any steps made to reproduce the issue.

* Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

I have removed the banners using this Additional CSS like this:

Hi Warren!

We are glad you found a solution, but I think it could be temporary.

Why? Because I think this issue could be due to a conflict with your theme or another plugin.

Have you already tried to perform a conflict test? If not, it will help to determine what could be happening. You can do this test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and repeating the action that is causing the problem. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.

If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.
