Has anyone seen a plugin that lets people do this?

    That’s not a plugin. That’s CSS and html coding. Even shows you the code used. You can do that on a normal html website even.

    Hmm, maybe I wasn’t clear. I know its CSS and html, but what I am looking for is a plugin that will allow my registered WP users to make comments on my photoblog directly in the photos like you seen the example.
