    If you are looking to send personalised sms / emails to your website users, your search for a suitable plugin should end here. I am a new wordpress user and was mulling over developing a custom code for my sms notifications, but thankfully it wasn’t needed. This is extensively featured, supports various other form builders as well as woocommerce.

    You can use your own gateway. I was having trouble in setting up my API. I must have emailed them many times, first to fix up an error arising due to clashing plugins and then to set up my API. And everytime, I was responded on the same day! That’s highly impressive support.

    I have given them 5 stars (4.5 would have been justified). Desires never ends and I would have liked to send / receive notifications for more events, I would have liked to send messages through Whatsapp. But have to say that their support is fabulous and surprisingly very responsive for something which is very affordable.
