When create new website, the Section Manager not available as default. I need to copy-paste my prebuilt layout on KC Sections for another website. * 2. If that fine is assigned, the pre-built layouts will be display on Section Manage first one access it. They just have a Insert button(or some else meaning), user can not delete or add new layout.
